Chef
300 Social House & Trecento | Cincinnati, OH
Full-Time | Reports to Executive Chef & Culinary Director
About Us
300 Social House is Cincinnati's premier private members' club — four floors of elevated hospitality bringing together co-working, dining, entertainment, and one-of-a-kind experiences for our members.
Trecento is our public-facing restaurant — a Cincinnati destination known for refined cuisine, warm service, and food that gets people talking.
Together, they represent the standard we set for hospitality in our city. We are hiring a chef who will help us raise that bar.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a chef to lead the kitchens of both 300 Social House and Trecento — working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Executive Chef & Culinary Director to shape, refine, and execute the menus that define our brand.
This is a rare seat. You'll run the line, mentor the team, and take center stage at some of Cincinnati's most anticipated culinary moments — weekly Member dinners, wine-pairing parties, and marquee club events throughout the year.
If you have spent years earning your stripes in Cincinnati fine dining and are ready to lead — not just cook — this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Executive Chef & Culinary Director on menu development, seasonal changeovers, and creative direction across both venues.
- Lead the kitchen team from open through service to a white-glove close every shift— setting the tone, standards, and energy the entire team follows.
- Execute weekly Member dinners, wine parties, and major club events with the polish and presence they deserve.
- Build, coach, and retain a kitchen team that mirrors your standards and shares your love of the craft.
- Own food cost, labor, purchasing, and day-to-day kitchen operations across both properties.
- Uphold uncompromising standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety.
- Represent the culinary program to members, guests, and the wider Cincinnati hospitality community
What We're Looking For
- Significant fine dining experience in or around Cincinnati. You know this city — its palate, its purveyors, and the standard our guests expect.
- Proven leadership. You've run a kitchen, not just a station.
- The ability to lead a full-service arc — the calm prep, the push, the polish. Open to close, every time.
- Strong menu development chops and a distinct culinary point of view — with the humility to build within a shared vision.
- A hospitality-first mindset. No egos. You're here for the team, the guest, and the craft.
- Steady under pressure. Sharp in the details. Generous with your knowledge.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain).
The Culture
We believe hospitality is a team sport. The kitchen at the Social House and Trecento is collaborative, respectful, and standards-driven — no yelling, no politics, no egos. We lead with respect, and we compete with ourselves, not each other. If you lift the people around you, you will thrive here.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Performance bonus tied to venue and culinary program goals
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
- Paid time off
- Meals during service
